• Coordinated research for one of the largest comprehensive genomic databases (>500,000 patients), with NGS assays surveying greater that 300 genes.
• Applied data science and machine learning tools in Python and R, along with strong writing skills, to produce thirty scholarly publications on the molecular features of several tumor types.
• Executed statistical analysis regarding the impact of Clonal Haematopoiesis of Indeterminate Potential (CHiP) genes sequenced at FMI, which led to an updating of an FDA approved medical device (Foundation Medicine’s Clinical Reporting).
• Listed as the principal inventor for a pending patent regarding methods and systems for the molecular classification of disease entities, and a contributing inventor for a pending biomarker patent for gastrointestinal stromal tumors.
• Generated publications using Foundation Medicine’s Clinical Genomic Database (CGDB) to provide Real-World Clinical Evidence from FlatIron Health EHR Data.
