BACKGROUND: Non-pharmacological approaches may guide prevention and treatment strategies for patients with Alzheimer's disease (AD), but little is known about the "dose" and "type" required. The goal of this study is to examine what types of social and cognitive activities are associated with cognitive performance and AD biomarkers.
